Job Description:

The Process Technician Lead is a critical leader responsible for the planning and coordination of machines and activities in alignment with directives provided by the Process Technician Manager. This position ensures operational excellence through effective management of machine setup, checkout procedures, training initiatives, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer demonstrations, and support during the integration stages of equipment procurement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

KRA # 1 – Coordination and Management

• Oversee machine setups and ensure proper checkouts are conducted efficiently.
• Effective coordination to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.

KRA # 2 – Training Development

• Development and implementation of training programs tailored for staff.
• Enhance skillsets in operating packaging machines and familiarize employees with related technologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning.

KRA # 3 – Cross Department Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with customer focused teams to foster collaboration and develop strategies that address both operational needs and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.

KRA # 4 – Technical Expertise

• provide invaluable support in technical skills and troubleshooting.
• resolving complex issues that arise during operations, thus enhancing equipment reliability and performance.
• Staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements will position you as a key contributor to the organization's success in packaging operations.

Qualifications:

• Understanding safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• - Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems related to packaging machines.
• - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
